Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailboxes against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply select the mail account you would like to forward mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
